dear sir, wt is the max output voltage recommended using PI devices?

The highest I'm aware of is ~120 V (the output of a CRT TV flyback supply). The limitation is the diode recovery time (prevents startup due to a large reverse recovery current when the supply operates in continuous conduction mode when the output voltage is low ie startup). Having said that some of the newer diodes may have reduced this problem.

Anyone out there done something above 120 V?

Cheers

140V @ 0.35 A is about 50 W. You can try forcing discontinuous operation and use as fast diodes as is possible. If you must go continuous try and keep KP value above 0.8. ES3D is the fastest diode I can think of for the output...
